Tired, wired, and running on empty? The AM/PM system that resets your body's 'on' and 'off' switch.
In our 8-week study, 87% of women felt more energy and 90% experienced better sleep.
Rise and Rest was formulated with clinical doses of bioavailable forms, the same doses used in the research studies that showed these ingredients actually do something. Four forms of magnesium for different functions. Methylated B-vitamins that bypass genetic bottlenecks. Adaptogens at doses that move the needle.
Most women notice improved sleep quality within the first one to two weeks. Sustained energy and mental clarity typically follow by weeks two to three. In our 8-week study, 93% of participants reported noticeable improvements in their energy, sleep and/or mood by week four. Supplements work by rebuilding nutrient stores, not by masking symptoms, so individual results will vary.
Try it risk-free. if you're not 100% satisfied, we're happy to provide a refund on your first bottle. No questions, no hassle. Your wellness journey shouldn't come with risk, only results.
We aggregated the research and clinical experience to intentionally include four types of magnesium for comprehensive, 24/7 support for your body:
- L-threonate crosses the blood-brain barrier for calm and mental clarity
- Malate supports ATP production (real, sustained energy)
- Taurate helps regulate cortisol when you're stuck in overdrive
- Bisglycinate promotes deep, restorative sleep without next-day grogginess
Our products use only bioavailable and activated forms that your body can put to work immediately:
- Bioavailable and active-form B-vitamins (not synthetic folic acid) are critical if you have MTHFR variations, which up to 40% of women do
- Chelated minerals bound to amino acids for better absorption
- Active CoQ10 is the form that's already converted and ready to fuel your cells
Every batch is third-party tested for potency, purity, and contaminants, including heavy metals and microbes. Our products are made in Canadian facilities that are GMP-certified and Health Canada approved (who enforce stricter standards than US FDA). Every ingredient and dose is listed on the label, exactly as formulated and without hidden/proprietary blends.
If you have further doubts, email us at hello@lunher.com and we'll share our Certificate of Analysis. We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're putting in your body.
Our supplements are formulated to work alongside most others, but they replace the need for additional magnesium, B vitamins, energy, sleep aids for most customers. It does not replace the need for omega-3s, probiotics, prenatals (if you are trying to conceive or pregnant), or other condition-specific supplements.
When in doubt, consult with your healthcare provider, especially if you’re on medications or have health conditions.
The daily servings of Rise and Rest are safe and within the upper-limits of B-vitamins.
B vitamins are water-soluble, meaning they dissolve in water, are absorbed into the blood stream and not stored in the body (except B12 & B9). Any excess is excreted in urine, which requires regular dietary intake to maintain optimal levels and reduces the risk of toxicity.
Upper limits have been established for vitamins B3, B6 and B9:
- Vitamin B3 (Niacin): 35 mg per day upper limit; 5 mg per serving (day) in Rise; not in Rest
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): 100 mg per day upper limit; 25mg per serving (day) in Rise, 25 mg per serving (day) in Rest, 50 mg per serving (day) total in the Bundle
- Vitamin B9 (Folate): 1,000 mcg per day upper limit*, not in Rise, 250 mcg per serving (day) in Rest
Due to low toxicity levels, Vitamins B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B7 (Biotin), and B12 do not have established upper limits.
Symptoms of Vitamin B overdose include: skin issues, gastrointestinal problems, neurological effects, mood changes, blood pressure changes, vision problems; and a healthcare provider should be consulted before taking high doses of B vitamins near or above these upper limits.
*An upper limit for folic acid is set at 1,000 mcg daily because studies have shown that taking higher amounts can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. (Source: Harvard School of Public Health)
