General
In US, dietary supplements face much less stringent regulation compared to Canada, with no premarket approval required and manufacturers are largely responsible for ensuring safety and compliance before products can be sold. The FDA does not review or approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed or sold.
While the FDA does not approve dietary supplements, our vitamins are made in an FDA Registered and Inspected Facility, which meets FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and is also cGMP Certified. We manufacture our products in accordance with the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure quality and safety. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. Certificates of analysis (COA) are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates.
Our products are approved by Health Canada's rigorous review process of product formulations and claims to ensure safety, efficacy and quality.
In Canada, Health Canada regulates dietary supplements as Natural Health Products (NHPs) under a distinct regulatory framework. Regulatory approval is required to sell supplements or natural health products, which is then assigned a license and natural product number ("NPN").
Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards.
All of our products are formulated without dairy, gluten, nuts, soy or added sugars and they comply with vegan diets. All of our products are non-GMO.

Our products are formulated to fit seamlessly into most routines, with only naturally-occurring ingredients.
Our formulating doctors are comfortable that these ingredients and dosage levels may be safe while pregnant and/or breastfeeding, subject to any unique circumstances or specific concerns that may apply to you individually.
As with any supplement, especially during pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider prior to use.
We recommend taking your supplements daily with food and a full glass of water.
Some nutrients (iron, zinc & vitamin C in particular) can irritate your stomach lining especially on an empty stomach early in the morning so it's best to take those on a full stomach. Note these are not included in our Rise & Rest products but good information for you to know!

Account & Order Management
For First-Time Orders: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
For Recurring Orders: We will send you an email 5 days before your order ships in case you need to make any changes. After your order ships, you will receive a follow up email with your tracking information.
When your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking link in a shipping confirmation email so you can follow your LunHer purchase along its way to your doorstep.

We are happy to refund your first product in full if you are not satisfied. Please contact us at hello@lunher.com within 30 days of your first delivery for a full refund less a $15 administrative fee per item.
We are unable to provide refunds on other products, bulk purchases, sale items or gift cards. In the event that you order more than one bottle at a time or our three-month supply option, only the first bottle of each formula will be eligible for a refund. Any subsequent subscriptions that have been shipped are not eligible for a refund.

Simply subscribe to your favourite formula, choose how regularly you would like to receive them and that’s it. We look after everything else.

Currently we ship to Canada and US.
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 to US and Canada, and on subscriptions.
For one-time purchases below $60, shipping costs will depend on your location and the selected shipping options.
While we always will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, delays may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances.
