Refund policy

At LunHer, we're committed to your journey and we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our products. We also understand that each body is unique, so sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee — to give you full confidence as you begin your wellness journey with us.

If you don't love how you feel after using our product(s), simply reach out to us at hello@lunher.com within 60 days of your first delivery to initiate a refund request. Our team will take care of your requests promptly, because your wellness experience matters to us. 

Please note:

  • Only first-time orders are eligible for a full refund. In the event you order more than one bottle, only the first bottle will be eligible for a refund.
  • Subsequent orders or subscriptions that have been processed are not eligible for a refund. However, subscriptions can be modified, paused or cancelled at any time prior to the next billing date to ensure you're only receiving what you need. 
  • Refunds are limited to one per customer or household.
  • To be eligible, customers must reach out to us before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute.
  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of LunHer. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of chargebacks, policy abuse, or repeated refund behavior.
  • Refunds are subject to a $20 fee per bottle to help cover a part of our ingredient, fulfillment and administrative costs 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the order is damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
